Q: What are the return rules?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item, valid for all customers worldwide. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging , with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pianizzo.com — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Custom or personalised orders, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Pianizzo silhouettes are cut on Italian sizing standards. This guide provides body measurements and conversions for tops, trousers, and footwear. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for layering pieces and sizing true for fitted silhouettes.

How to Measure

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point between your ribcage and hips.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the inner thigh to the bottom of the ankle on a well-fitting pair of trousers.
Foot length: Stand on a flat surface and measure heel to longest toe.

Fit Notes by Category

Polos & Tees

Cut on a slim European fit. Order your true size for a fitted look or size up one for a relaxed silhouette.

Shirts

Tailored chest with a refined collar. True to size for most builds. If you wear a 38–39 in dress shirts, choose S; 40–41 in dress shirts, choose M.

Knitwear

Cashmere and merino pieces are cut for a structured drape. True to size for everyday wear; size up one if you intend to layer over a shirt.

Trousers

Straight and tailored straight fits. Cotton and linen trousers will relax slightly with wear. If between waist sizes, choose the smaller — the waistband will give a touch.

Loafers

Built on a clean Italian last with a cushioned insole. Most customers wear their standard EU size. If between sizes, choose the smaller — suede and leather will mold to the foot over the first wears.
