Free Worldwide Shipping

Pianizzo offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Every order ships free, regardless of destination.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier capacity, or local conditions. Pianizzo is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

All delivery estimates reflect business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery on most destinations. Express shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and carrier availability.

Duties and Taxes

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to populate after dispatch.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

Carriers attempt delivery according to their local policies. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and dispatch a replacement where applicable.
