How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our European fulfillment network with free standard shipping on all orders. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your destination — these are calculated at checkout for most countries.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our full refund policy for details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
To exchange an item, return it through our standard process and place a new order for the correct size separately. This ensures you receive the new size as quickly as possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping and expedite a replacement.
Sizing & Fit
How do Pianizzo sizes run?
Pianizzo silhouettes are cut on Italian sizing standards. Tops generally run true to size with a slim European fit. For most pieces we recommend ordering your usual size; for layering you may consider sizing up. Always check our size guide against your own measurements.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Return it within 30 days of delivery and order the correct size. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
Are shoe sizes in EU, US, or UK?
Our loafers are listed in EU sizing (39–48) with US and UK conversions in the product details. Refer to the size guide for the full conversion table.
Materials & Care
What materials does Pianizzo use?
We work exclusively in premium natural materials — Italian wool (110s and 130s), 100% cashmere, premium linen and cotton, suede and leather. We do not blend synthetic fibres into our flagship pieces.
How do I care for cashmere and wool?
Hand wash cold or dry clean. Lay flat to dry — never tumble dry or hang wet. Store folded, not hung. Steam to refresh between wears rather than washing after every use.
How do I care for suede loafers?
Brush regularly with a suede brush. Treat with a suede protector before first wear and reapply seasonally. Avoid direct rain; allow wet shoes to dry naturally before brushing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed over secure encrypted channels.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
