30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, use our contact form. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item, including the return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Defective Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via our contact form so we can assess and resolve the issue. In cases of damage or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by Pianizzo and a replacement will be expedited.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, return it following the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately for the replacement piece — this ensures you receive it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Pianizzo is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned item.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact us via our contact form.
