How do I track my order?
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can follow your delivery in real time directly on our website using the Track your order page — just enter your order number and email. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery then takes 4–8 business days from dispatch to all our main destinations (United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). An express shipping option is also available at checkout for faster delivery. All delivery timeframes are business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Do you ship to my country?
Pianizzo currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order to these destinations, with no minimum purchase required. All applicable import duties and taxes are already included in your order total at checkout, so there are no additional fees upon delivery. If your country is not listed above, please contact us at contact@pianizzo.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
What payment methods are available?

Is it possible to change my shipping address?
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Since orders are processed within 2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@pianizzo.com with your order number if you need to update your delivery address. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and Pianizzo cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
What are the return rules?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item, valid for all customers worldwide. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pianizzo.com — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Custom or personalised orders, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
